The Uni-Turn line is a product line designed to produce highly reliable heat-seal connections as widely applied in today’s electronics manufacturing. The stand-alone systems are made suitable for Hot Bar Reflow Soldering and Heat-Sealing by using Pulsed Heat Technology (through the Uniflow Power Supply). For ACF Bonding a tape feeder and tape cutting module can be added.
