Through our sister company, Miyachi Europe BV, Miyachi Unitek is proud to offer a complete line of manual and semi-automated desktop and standalone systems for reflow soldering and hot bar bonding applications. All systems include a Miyachi Unitek Uniflow2 power supply, a bonding head,and a thermode. Linear slides allow loading and unloading of parts away from the bonding area; rotary table sytems may be better suited to high volume production because parts can be simultaneously loaded and processed.

The Desktop Series (DT) bonders deliver the same high quality connections as larger, more sophisticated systems, but offer an ideal price-performance ratio. Both manual and semi-automated models with either linear slide (front/back or right/left) or rotary configurations are available to address any application and/or volume need.

Standalone 'Uni-Base' systems offer the same performance features as the Desktop Systems in completely self-contained units. Setting up the systems for different product applications is fast and simple making them suitable for both R&D and high-mix production. The Emerald LCD/PDP TAB Repair System is a highly flexible machine suitable for performing ACF Tacking, ACF Bonding and Hot Bar Reflow Soldering. The system is designed to repair LCD/PDP Panels up to 65" wide and can accommodate a wide variety of tab and PCB shapes and sizes. Systems include fine-pitch alignment, CCTV alignment systems, and pneumatic bonding heads.
